I am a very active and productive realtor in Bucks
County. Before meeting Wendy and Colleen, with

I want to thank both of you for
all your efforts getting our house sold in Newtown.
I would definitely recommend you to any of our
clients or friends who are interested in using your
company to stage a home for resale. I found your
personal service and professionalism to be
outstanding. I was working with you from my office
in Nevada and you earned my trust in being able to
work on your own and stage the house beautifully in
our absence as my wife and I were living in Nevada
at the time the house was being sold.
As a CPA I am results oriented. Although we had
incurred substantial expense in getting the house
ready for sale (painting, power washing, etc) we did
not have any significant offers on the house for the
first two months after the house was put up for
sale. We decided to listen to our Realtor, Ms.
Shelly Stein, and discussed our problem with Wendy
and Colleen. Both women literally worked day and
night to get the house beautifully presented. I must
admit that the staging made our home look fantastic.
My wife said it looked like a home out of "House
Beautiful."
In terms of results, we received a fair offer and
the house was put under contract of sale within only
(11 days) after the staging! Needless to say, we
were quite pleased. Most of the Brokers told me that
the house was staged beautifully and it was a
pleasure to show it to their clients.
