The Move...

- Like the Staging Evaluation this important step is the information gathering step – where the Downsizing Transition plan begins. We will help you to identify, review and sort accumulated belongings. A determination will be made of what you give away, sell, auction, donate to Charity, dispose of or take along with you to your new home. After reviewing the floor plans of your new residence can manage all of these scenarios for you.

- We will advise what furniture and treasures will “work” for you in your new residence, what will fit and what will not.

- will coordinate the sale, donation, auction or disposal of items that can not make the move to your new residence.

- Our team will take ultimate care in handling your belongings and possessions. We will help to organize and par down your accumulated belongings by sorting the important treasures and special items that may be passed on to children or other family members. Our transition coordinator will oversee packing sessions.
